Feasibility study for two residential buildings, Eye, Suffolk
A feasibility study was carried out to establish the practicality of constructing two new houses, while retaining the many mature trees on the site.
Working with the Council Tree Officer, a detailed tree survey helped establish a building plot which would not impinge on the root protection areas. An ecological survey ensured that no protected species would be disturbed.
